The direction of the conversation

Your economic life
belongs in a bigger story.

The business fundamentals remain. Our next chapter brings the purpose behind the work into clearer focus.

01 · FAITH & PURPOSE

God before the work

Calling, ambition, integrity, stewardship, and the priorities that shape our everyday decisions.

02 · BUSINESS & WORK

Build useful things

Offers, pricing, marketing, content, sales, profit, and serving customers honestly.

03 · MONEY & OWNERSHIP

Steward, then evaluate

Cash flow, reserves, debt, giving, productive assets, and thoughtful ownership.

04 · AI & TECHNOLOGY

Use tools with judgment

Practical AI, automation, privacy, and keeping human responsibility at the center.

05 · LEADERSHIP & LEGACY

Build beyond yourself

Time, delegation, family, people, generosity, and the wisdom we pass to the next generation.

Listen. Consider. Apply.

Take one idea
into your week.

A conversation becomes useful when you connect it to the responsibilities in front of you.

Jack Smith, host of the Greatness Gained Podcast
Meet your host

Hey, I’m Jack.
Let’s make this practical.

I’m the founder of Greatness Gained, a former U.S. Army Military Police officer, and a business owner with more than 16 years of online business experience.

I teach people how to build businesses, manage money more thoughtfully, evaluate ownership, and create systems that support responsible growth.

The direction is simple: put God first, serve people well, and let your faith shape how you work when nobody is watching.
